Q: Is there a charge to come out and look at my PC?

A: Yes.  There is a one hour minimum charge to look at a PC.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We currently take Cash or Check.

Q: Can you do remote support from your office as well?

A: Yes we do if it's a problem we think can be fixed remotely.
